The Course-2 Mile Run/ 13 Mile Bike/2 Mile Run
2 Mile Run
The 1st running leg of the course starts at picturesque SentryWorld and continues north to Eagle Summit. From there you continue east to Falcons Cove where you will wind around a beautiful wooded block before heading back to Reserve Street and then south to SentryWorld.
13 Mile Bike
The biking portion of the race takes you south and then east on North Point Drive between SentryWorld Golf Course and Schmeeckle Reserve until you reach Wilshire Boulevard. From there you continue north past Lake Susan and on toward the township of Dewey as you pass scenic farmland around the Dewey Marsh. On the way out and back you'll cross Hay Meadow Creek with the northern most point leading you past the Dewey Marsh State Wildlife Area. You'll be on the home stretch when you turn left, back onto North Reserve, and head south once again to the transition area at SentryWorld.
2 Mile Run
This final two mile run will take you south into Schmeeckle Reserve on the Green Circle Trail. You will enter the trail on Granite Parkway and from there, you'll head east on Sedge Meadow Trail. You will continue down Lake Loop Trail, curve back around and head toward the Schmeeckle Reserve Visitor Center. From there you will cross Cattail Marsh and then on to the finish line.
Rules

Helmets are mandatory on the bike; strap must be fastened before you get on bike and after you get off bike.

No outside assistance is allowed except by race staff.

Headphones/ipods/walkmans/etc are discouraged during the race.

No Drafting allowed on the bike allow 3 bike lengths between you and the next person in front of you except when passing; drop by 3 bike lengths after being passed. Drafting subject to time penalty or disqualification.

Mount and dismount bicycles at the indicated mount/dismount line.
