April 1, 2010: Interfaith Welcomes Erin Yudchitz as its New Director
For Erin Yudchitz, accepting the role as Director of Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers is truly a homecoming. Yudchitz was born and raised in Stevens Point, earned a bachelor's degree from UWSP, and has a long history of involvement with community agencies in Portage County. She began volunteering with United Way during her senior year of high school, a relationship that grew to include an internship and other professional development opportunities. After spending five years with a national nonprofit organization, Erin says she is excited to be part of such an effective, inspiring organization right here at home-and to give back to the community that has given so much to her.
Erin explains, "After six years away, I'm happy to be back home in the community that shaped me into the person I am today-and incredibly excited to join the Interfaith family."
